Hot Stone Massage

Combining heated basalt stone with Swedish Massage techniques. A hot stone massage will melt away tension, promote deep muscle relaxation, increases blood flow and and support healing.

 

Pregnancy Massage

Focuses on the needs of the mother to be. A pregnancy massage will help to ease discomfort, reduce swelling, improve energy levels, relieve tension, improve sleep and prepare your body for birth.
